As you may have read by now, The Bolt is all about a sprinkle of luxury.  We currently have two properties in Daylesford, in regional Victoria, that we are very proud of, and we cannot wait to welcome you as our guests.

Sandringham

Sandringham is a lovingly restored 1930’s cottage with a relaxed yet sumptuous offering.  Situated near to the town center and just across the road from the Botanical Gardens, Sandringham is ideally located to explore all the delights that Daylesford and its surrounds has to offer. 

Sandringham has 3 double bedrooms, that can be twin share, each with its own en-suite bathroom.  With crisp fresh linen atop micro-cloud bedding and your choice of sleep mist, guests will be enjoying a good night’s sleep.  Sandringham, is furnished with comfort in mind, enjoy summer evening barbecues out on the deck or cozy winter nights by the fire, whatever your preference Sandringham has you covered.

Sandringham is a single level property that has no internal stairs.  It has no modifications to improve accessibility.

Rothesay

Rothesay is a remarkable property that encapsulates both new and old.  Depending on which one of the four double bedrooms rooms you stay in you’ll experience the charm of its Victorian heritage or sleek contemporary feel from a modern addition.  Located in the heart of Daylesford, Rothesay is a stunning property that seriously gets heads turning. 

Rothesay boasts stunning views over the Macedon shire which you can experience from its beautiful garden which includes an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and multiple zones to rest and relax. 

Guests can expect luxurious bedding including sumptuous pillows and crisp fresh linen that will ensure a good night’s sleep.  A superb kitchen waits for you to cook up a treat, if that’s your thing, or just simply chill using the state of the art entertainment system whilst dinner is prepared for you. 

Rothesay is a two-story property with a lift for those that find it hard getting up and down stairs.  No further modifications to improve accessibility have been made.
